That is sad as I've had the pleasure of corresponding with Maurizio
in the past. He's a fine person and an outstanding imager. I hope he
recovers from his health problems and that we see some of his amazing
images again. I wasn't aware of the plagiarizing episode but I can say
from personal experience that it can be quite painful to have this happen
to one's hard earned work.
