[APML] Blending, compositing in PWPro

Hi all,

I've got the following to stack in PWPro of M42: 40 sec, 5 min, 20 min,
40 min, and a 100 min shot. It's my understanding that I should blend 2
together, blend another 2 together amd then blend the two resulting
stacks. Is that right? If I want to add the fifth, what's the best way
to include that? I have other exposures I can throw in to the mix, 90
sec and 10 minute shots. And is there a preferred way to combine them
say keep the short shots together, or should I start by mixing short
and long ones together? 

Hope I haven't confused anyone.
