Alan,
Don Westergren's test results
(http://home.nethere.net/mpd/FilmTestData/KodakSupra400.htm)
indicate that excessive hypering may actually *decrease* the red and green
sensitivity of Supra 400. I got the film from a commercial dealer, so I
don't have control over the hypering process. On the other hand, I was
mainly interested in getting a film with good blue response for objects
like the Witch Head nebula, and Supra 400 is certainly a good choice for
that.
