[APML] Comet pictures from southern Africa

Hi list,

having returned from a trip to South Africa and Namibia, I put some images
of Comet C/2000 WM1 (LINEAR) on my web site.

Comet C/2000 WM1 (LINEAR) from Cederberg Observatory, South Africa:

Same comet one week later from the Hakos farm in central Namibia:

The comet was quite bright; on Feb. 9 it was easily visible to the
naked eye with the moon located just 14° away.

And a third picture, of the Omega Centauri globular cluster:

Time permitting, I'll add some more images during the next few weeks.

Clear skies,

Axel
