[APML] Black rings

Hi Matt,

Whenever I use unsharp masking or sharpening in any program, I save the
image before I did, and the sharpened image.
I then blend the two to get rid of black rings and still have an
improvement. Often a 50/50 blend is quite satisfactory.

I suppose one can do the same in Photoshop even without saving when a
copy is made as another layer before USM.
