Beyond that, I don't think you'll have any control. If they are using fluorescent lamps and the printer inks you use fluoresce under that light, your stuck.  I'd hope that anyone (client) making critical color decisions would know enough to have/use correct lighting.

    If you want a simple test to see just how "daylight" a particular lighting is, shoot a color patch and some typical objects illuminated exclusively by the light with daylight balanced chrome film... be sure to shoot some daylight scenes and the test color patch in daylight as well... compare the two.
