[APML] New Image from the Winter Star Party

http://home.att.net/~hermperez1/ngc2362.htm

A stack of two 20 minutes exposures using my Vixen R200SS newt, Fuji HQ100 print
film unhypered. I cropped the image quite a bit to zoom in, equivalent to using
a 3000mm focal length scope. This is one of my favorite subjects, a small open
cluster with a 4th mag star in the middle.. quite striking. I also tried a 1
hour shot of the horsehead but it was underexposed, I guess the film needs to be
hypered.

BTW, we have had some stunning planetary views in the legendary steady skies of
the Keys.. plus lots of new telescopes to drool over.. imagine a 9" TMB apo on
Jupiter.
