Most of my images end up clipped and I am making a concerted effort to learn
better processing techniques.  Your article will help me to understand
curves - which always seem to be powerful but mysterious to me.  Oh well -
the good part about being cloudy in Michigan is that you get a lot of time
to fuss with images.  Perhaps I can better my technique befroe my trip to
Arizona next month.....
