minimal heat necessary.

There have been a few reports lately on the the Takahashi list about
extremely cold temperatures + moderate heat causing a slight 
astigmatism in the FSQ 'scope.  Whether this is actually caused by
the heat strip or just because the optics haven't stabalized I 
don't know.  Also some users report no problems whatsoever.

Anyway, even in the worse case it probably wouldn't effect a photograph.
So my vote is to use them.
