I live in Etiwanda, near Cajon Pass.  The second story of my house was
shaking from the wind and the windows were creaking.  My garage faces the
north, so I didn't even try loading up my truck to go to our observing site.
The last time the winds were this strong was a few years ago when 90-mph
winds ripped tiles off my roof.
