Bobby,

Thanks.  In short, Steve's H-a image provided the red channel.  Used
RegiStar for registration.  Used Photoshop curve with one point
(Input:162 Output:139) to lower red midrange levels somewhat.  The red
color was still very intense so I desaturate it slightly.
