[APML] High Res M31

Forgot to mention I have a higher res version of M31 on my
site with no link from the HTML pages. This was done with
the 12/16" Schmidt Camera...

4 x 10 minutes on Tech Pan (L channel)
2 x 15 minutes on Fuji 100.

Fast scopes are great. This was done at half the focal
length of my 6" refractor, however it has about half
the grain. This is because at f2.2 I can shot 4 Tech
Pan shots stack them in half the time it takes to do one
shot at f9. I have always traded f ratio for longer 
focal length to give a larger image scale. With the LAB
layering technique I am re thinking that.
