Hey Tom:
You are truly one of the good people! I know you're not doing this because
of some golden parachute. It's nice to know that there are still folks like
you amid the Enrons and Anderson Accountings and politicians who get "their"
energy policies from Enron CEOs. Gives me a little hope for the future.
Learn as much as you can about the people of Uzbekistan and try to educate
the rest of us about them.
I look forward to your rejoining the group at the end of your tour of duty
and if you have a chance half way through, let us know how it's going.
(Besides, there are probably some nice dark sites not too far outside
Tashkent!).
