[APML] bulk film questions

I just received 100' of E200 and I have two questions regarding bulk film.

1) Once I roll a dozen or so rolls, I plan on freezing them.  Can I freeze 
the remaining bulk film?  How many times can I thaw/freeze the bulk film to 
roll more before it begins to suffer?

2) The film I received from B&H expires 02/02.  I called and they are taking 
it back and sending me newer film.  Could I have kept that film and used it 
(freezing it like in Q1 above) or is sening it back the right thing to do?
