Hello Warren,
I believe that the petition may carry just as much weight if it signed by
the co-ordinator and that the other signatories' names are given, together
with a means of contact (such as an e-mail address), but without the need
for each one of them to actually sign the document. I believe that many
petitions are presented this way. But please do whatever you feel is
necessary to make the point.
