[APML] how-to on matting and laminating prints?

Is anyone aware of a good source of information on mounting and/or
laminating prints if you wanted to try this yourself?  I know there's plenty
of services that do this but how hard can it be? <g>  I know, I know.
That's the same logic that got me in trouble doing sheetrock!
