[APML] APML Digest?

Greetings all,

How do I subscribe to the Digest version?  I am moving to a place with no 
internet, even the wireless variety, and must check mail at a friend's 
computer 45 miles away from where I'll be living.  The Digest is read-only, 
yes?  Can't have hundreds of e-mails taking up space on the friend's machine. 
 I appreciate any responses.
