here is my attempt at m45.

this was very difficult for me.  almost everything i tried, i would ruin
the image.

i believe i have stretched it too far and over saturated the colors, but
it's the best i can come up with.

since i don't have a step-by-step procedure (as the pros do), i don't
know what i did!  i probably used every tool, in every way, in
photoshop.  i was really at a loss with this one.  hopefully, i didn't
trash it too much.
