[APML] re-worked witch head

I wasn't satisfied with the witch-head TP-PJ 400 composite I posted about 10
days ago, so I acquired another TP exposure and combined the composite in a
different mode. I also did a moderate blur to the blue channel which helped
the very bad grain in my first image quite a lot.
