The resolution and contrast are outstanding! The TP appears to be best at
getting those qualities. I am hesitant to comment on your color because I'm
not sure if "true color" was your goal. I'm not sure if one can expect the
usual colors when the L channel TP image was made using a red cut-off
filter. I would like to hear comments from Chuck and other experienced TP
users whould would know more about this than I. Also, I wonder if one can
expect resonable color accuracy when using an unfiltered TP image for the L
channel in a LAB color composite. James Foster does well with his color when
he combines and I am getting my colors reasonably close to what we would
expect with my few TP-color LAB composites, but they still have a hint of
the "washed-out look".
Are you combining via LRGB or substituting the TP image for the brightness
channel in LAB mode?
