Hello Ulrich,

You should have a spring washer on each axis, if you don't then maybe that 
is the problem.  The spring washer looks like a bent washer, it is just 
made out of spring steel.  Losmandy makes these things on CNC machinery so 
the chance of one getting machined incorrectly is pretty low.  I would bet 
you are just missing a small part or something like that.
