RE: [APML] Last processing of 2004
Renzo,
Very nice image. To bad the tracking was off. The background seems a little
on the purple side on my monitor, could be my monitor. The blue reflection
nebula color seems good. Happy New Year.

Thanks Stuart.

I don't know. :-)) I scanned the photo as are and sum them together. I touch
curves, levels with PS CS and then a little UM. That's all.

No, because I used an achromatic refractor to guide with the ST4
I don't remember what star I used to guide. Maybe it was too light and the
centroid no so sharp. Nex new moon I'll have three days holidays and, if the
sky'll be clear I retry M45. I want to take some other shots on M42, Rosette
Nebula and Cone nebula.
If I have time enough I want to take some shots with photographic lenses as
Canon 50mm SSC and Canon 200 SSC (I never took any photo of Barnard loop).
I wish for you and for all the friends in APML Happy new year.
And a prayer for the victims of the tsunami.
Renzo
