Dominic, the reds certainly are not the selling point on this film!  Maybe another good test would be on some Aurora - that is if we ever see any for the next few years...

Here's a test I've made on this film , recently bought in a Walmart. I used a 200mm @ f 4 , 15 minutes unguided on a EQ3-2 motorized mount. The sky was very hazy , that's why there's an halo around bright stars.
 
For me , the results are encouraging but it's not the best in red response ... but it seem to be verry better than what I saw with this film in the last few years since they added the 4th layer. I don't know what Fuji have changed to have a better result with this film where it was very blind in red few years ago !?
