[APML] ***SPAM*** Test for Spam

You can ignore this message.

In the past day or so some of my message subject lines to APML got changed
to SPAM.  I found an IP address in the header that was on the Composite
Blocking List, which I think triggered the SPAM note.  The CBL should be
cleared now, so I hope this message doesn't have *SPAM* at the beginning of
the subject line.
