Wade -

I use the Hutech 115D rings w/riser blocks on two Losmandy DAP5 plates to
mount my FS102 (same 114mm tube diameter).  The Hutech rings are very nice
and fit the Tak tube perfectly without too much pressure.
Ted at Hutech is also a pleasure to deal with if you have any questions
regarding their products.
