[APML] Mounting an FSQ-106N onto an AP 900GTO Mount

To all,

I'll be receiving my Takahashi FSQ-106N telescope soon. I'm in the
process of purchasing the mounting hardware. I'm unsure what
exactly to buy. I'll be mounting a Pentax 67 camera to the back of
the scope for deep-sky astrophotography. I currently have an 8.5"
Dovetail Losmandy D Series Plate (DOVELM2) mounted to an AP 900GTO
mount.  I'll likely go with Parallax Instruments Mounting Rings;
unfortunately, I don't have a clue which drill hole pattern I need.
First, with such a short telescope, should I get a regular Losmandy
Universal Dovetail Plate (DUP) or the Short Universal Dovetail Plate
(DUPS). I have concerns with both. I fear it may be difficult to
balance the scope with the DUPS, especially with the Pentax 67;
however, the DUP may interfere with focusing given its length. By
the way, I'll be focusing manually. Second, I would like to mount
another dovetail system, probably a DUPS, on the top of the mounting
rings so I can piggyback other Losmandy accessories such as a DCM 1
(i.e. camera mount). In fact, the DCM 1 will be used to hold a SBIG
eFinder/STV combination. Finally, could someone please spell out
exactly what I will need to purchase in order to make this setup
work? For example, I need to know the drill hole pattern, what
mounting plates I'll need, etc. If anyone has a better solution,
I'm all ears. I appreciate your time and expertise.

Thanks in advance,

Wade
