[APML] Earth Directed Solar Flare

Here comes the sun again! 
Region 708 has unleashed either an M1 - M3 flare which
was centered in the middle of the sun facing us at
time of cme.

Just a heads up to prepare for hopefully yet another
show!

This impact probably wont be as strong as we seen on
the 8-10th, but it will still pack a punch depending
which way the IMF turns.
