In answering the question "is there a difference between Canon 10D and
Canon 300D "Rebel", Keven Wigell (below) points out there are strong
differences in features and in the camera body quality. These are
irrelevant for astrophotography insofar as I can determine (they have to do
with focusing on moving objects, different exposure indices, etc). All we
care about is the CHIP, and this is identical as far as I can determine in
the two cameras.
