Unfortunately, once your addy's been handed around, you either wait it out
and hope they remove you after a while if you don't reply or try to get
yourself removed (some/many use that to get a confirmation it's an active
email and then keep you on their list), or get another yourself another addy
and stop using the one getting flooded.
