My C8 optics is quite good. I think I will simply invest into a good focuser
and save my money for buying the M250 one day...

Significantly better? Probably not unless your C8 is a dog <g>. The JMI
will make things much easier, though. So you'll probably see an improvement
if only for better focus. But the problems due to having to recollimate are
worse due to the heavier mirror. I would pick the M180 over the C-11.
You'll have less mirror movement.
But one thing to consider is that visually the C-11 will be a significant
difference over the C-8.
