Re: [APML] Photoshop CS

Kevin,
I posted a question about CS a few days ago. I upgraded my v6. on Saturday.
Is it worth $169? Well, version 6 works just fine, so... probably not.
However, the 16 bit support is very nice, it also has a visible histogram
pallet now. The histogram updates as you make changes, that's nice. I
haven't had a chance to check out some of the other features, but it has
some great new file features with thumbnails that are "resizeable". I'm
sure a few others that responded to my post can address yours as well.

CS, the latest version I gather. New features listed are "shadow/highlight
correction", "digital camera raw format support", "16-bit image support",
and a few others. I know the 16-bit support will come in handy.

whether it is worth the $169 US upgrade cost for AP processing work. I'm
currently using Photoshop 6.0
