Bill,
On the vertical column adjacent to the
preview window there is an icon that if you click on it will show you all the
permissable frames per whatever holder you are using ... if in doubt, hold the
cursor over the icon and at the bottom of the preview window you should see a
text field that explains what the icon means. Once inside the "frames" window,
clicking on the frame you want should make that the selected frame.
