I think that you have done a wonderful job of rescuing that image! I
have had the odd shot hit the mount, and removing those streaks is a pain! I
wonder if de-blooming software for CCD cameras would fix that..... Your
colour shift on the LH side of the image is strange though. I had something
similar happen to the one and only roll of 400F that I shot. It looked like
purple diagonal stripes every second image! I had processed the roll myself
and knew that it wasn't due to old chemistry or processing, I haven't bought
a roll of it since. Never had the problem show up on E200, but at f11, you
need all the speed you can get! Hopefully your colour shift is a one-shot
problem.
