If I recall the weights ... one half
weighs 80 pounds, the other weighs 75 pounds. What makes the mount so rigid
besides the compact design is the tangent arm dec... IMHO you will never get a
gear driven dec to have this solidity... but I guess you can't make a
tangent arm into a GOTO... I guess you have to decide what's more
important.
