Dear fellow astronomers....
I would like to thank you all for all the
information you provided me about the two scopes.
I have desided to go for the 12" LX200. My
consideration now is should I have it with the equatorial mount or as it comes
with the fork mount.
I will deffinetly do astrophotography with
it. Not ccd, I do not have yet a ccd. I would do a 35mm photography and some
piggyback. I do have tho a modified webcam as a ccd.
I will connect the scope with my laptop as
well.
Anyway, my question is if it makes big
difference with the equatorial mount than the fork mount?
