The image seems a bit blue but that may be the characteristic of the provia.
Also, I would think you could go longer than 28 minutes especially under
good conditions. If you're dark and the transparency is good don't be afraid
to push that f/5 exposure at least to 45 min; maybe even a little more. Your
focus and your guiding look good.
