Jose,

I assume you meant to say that you would be sending images on a CD for consideration in S&T Gallery. A 20MB TIFF should be fine. I think a smaller file would be sufficient, but you have so much room on a CD, you might as well send full-rez. I would also include a much smaller JPEG so that the editor can quickly preview.
