The reducer widens the FOV and increases the speed of
the system from f/7 to f/5.6. It is excellent
optically. It reduces the normally 600mm f/l to 480mm.
The flattener is another matter. It increases the f/l
to 660mm, and the speed to f/7.8. I have not used it
photographically so I'll refrain from comments on that
aspect. Maybe Chris Cook or John Brodeaux can comment
further on this.
