[APML] M42: Deep and Detailed

Hi Robert,

WOW !!! It took some time to belive, that you did this image on earth, realy.

It also took some time to get used to those colours. But your explanation sound good to me and the M42 of Tony Hallas is quite similar in the colours. So I  was curios, if I have any of those colours in my film image too. I made a reprocess of my image, only with other curves. There are no colours shifted or added to the image. It was all inside, but hidden behind an old expectation how the nebula should look like.

Is this now the way a film image should look like? This will change our paradigms. It is more grainy than the old version, because this greenish data is weaker and I had to make the background brighter.

When I did this image the first time, I hade other references and I tried to match them. Here is the old one for comparison:

Now you gave us a new view of this nebula. And I´m shure, that some others, from other object, will follow.
