[APML] Image to upload-help needed

Hi all,

What a surprise,huh? I've got an image of NGC1977 that
needs to go to pbase.com. I'm not sure how to get it
there in one piece. Right now it's sitting in PS,
unsaved as yet.

Matt told me to "scale it to 600-1000 on long side,
use jpeg quality 10/12". "In PS use image size command
and save as jpeg". 

My question: is all that done under Image size? If so,
where is the jpeg option?

Here is the current info under image size;
width: 2491 pixels
height: 3661 pixels
resolution: 300 pixels inch

With that info, can you tell if this is even going to
be adequate to upload?
