I had the uncurved image in Photoshop. I created a curves layer and loaded your curves.

I think it is worth noting to the entire list that sending curves back and forth is a very efficient way to communicate what you're doing. Whereas a typical JPEG image might have 300,000 bytes, a curves file has maybe 100 bytes. A typical email message on this list is 3,000 bytes so by comparison an additional 100 bytes is almost nothing.
