Alan,

If you're using Photoshop, one thing you can do is this...

1. Open your curves dialog.
2. Click on the Save button in the dialog.
3. Save the file somewhere.
4. Attach the file to an email.
5. Email the file to anyone you want. (They just use curves dialog Load). The file is very small. 

I have attached a curves file to this message as an example.
