Did you go to www.nikon.com and download the new XP driver?  If not, you'll
need to.  I just did the same 'upgrade' for my 8000ED and got it working
okay on XP Pro.

i have the nikon ls-2000, upgraded (upgrade?) to windowsXP-Pro and now i
can't get the driver installed for my ls-2000.  nikon scan 3.xx loads
fine but no device can be seen.  also, xp never sees the ls-2000.  any
ideas?  adaptec aspichk says that my aspi32 layer is installed properly.

any ideas?

btw: i did a "fresh" install.  (ie: format hd and did a full install
from the xp-pro cd.)
