Hi,

It's a custom-made double meniscus astrograph with a film cassette
inside the optical tube (like a classical Schmidt-camera). I've seen
this instrument several times, as I know the designer (he also lives in
Holland). You can find more pictures of this instrument at

As far as I know, there are no pictures taken with this instrument yet.
The designer made two of these astrographs and is planning to make other
designs in the future. (I've seen plans of a Maksutov kind-a-like camera
with an f-ratio of 0.8 (!))
