Hi Tom,

I have used both PCs and MACs for quite some time now. We're a mixed platform
family, depending on what we need to do. But, if I have a choice to use a MAC
or a PC, I'll take the MAC anytime. I don't really care for the feel of
MS-based operating systems, but this is totally subjective.

Being a former computer technician, I developed an appreciation for the
engineering that goes into MACs, and from a reliability standpoint (and I don't
know real industry numbers but....) we saw far fewer MACs in for repairs than
any other one brand of machine relative to units sold. Both platforms have
their place, but I think too many people are too quick to write off the MAC as
too expensive and lacking of software, so they jump on the Windows boat without
doing any real research before they buy. Just my two cents....
