That's about right Sean. I hypered for 2 hrs at 50 C (hand pump setup) and
the test subject was M27. The camera was purged by a dry-air system. But the
test was a poor one because the hypered exposures were compromised by thin
clouds and even some fog. My ST4 chip even frosted over ;o(
The unhypered exposures had been shot the night before in good conditions.
The hypered 400F actually did show marginally better reds, and as you said,
the blue suffered. Green appeared about the same but *may* have been just a
bit stronger on the hyped film. Sky background remained neutral. But this
change in balance was subtle and may just have occurred only due to the
conditions, and the results weren't interesting enough to bother to try
again. Because the test was so compromised, I didn't bother to report it to
this list.
