Thanks for the info. Mark Jenkins has an FLI camera similar to the ST10E but without guide chip. He's using an STV for guiding and getting good results.

I just visited the FLI web site again. They have some interesting chips, including a large Site chip from Marconi and a 2"x2" chip from Kodak - don't ask the price for these. Amazing. I hope these products will become more affordable down the road.
