It's best to let the film warm up to somewhere near ambient temperature
before removing it from its case. Condensation on the film could
potentially hurt its response. This is most especially true for hypered
film.
There are occasions on which I've loaded unhypered film before it had
completely warmed, and as far I know, I seem to have gotten away with no
adverse effects. But that still doesn't make it recommendable.
