[APML] Frozen/Refrigerated Film

Just curious;

After removing film from cold storage, is there ever a problem with
condensation occuring on/in the film roll? Are there recommended waiting or
"drying out" periods between taking the film out of storage and loading it into
the camera? Just wondering if loading the film too soon (I've never actually
loaded cold film, and the outside of the rolls always seemsdry, but what about
the inside....?) can have deliterious effects. Thanks.
