Re: [APML] OT - Lunar digicam images

Chris,

I have been using videocameras and later my Coolpix 950 for more nearly 4 years. While I was and am pleased about my results, your
digital pictures blow me away (ahmm, the analog ones also).

The quality of the images is nearly unbelievable for a scope this size. Must have something to do with the seeing-thing everybody is
talking about <G>. Here in central Europe, the Alps (turbulence) and the Atlantic climate limit the number of nights with very good
seeing to maybe a handful during a year.

For anybody interested in this kind of photography check out the video of Chris´ presentation at the AstroImage 2001 Conference.

Congratulations again!
